Houseboat Cheetas Palace established in 1974. These luxurious boat are run by Badyari family which are moored in the famous Nigeen Lake ( The Jewel in the ring ) The visit to Kashmir is incomplete without staying in the Houseboat (The novelty of Kashmir).
