The Privilege Group of houseboats, is located about 5 KM from Srinagar on Lake Nigeen, which is known for it beauty and peace full nature .Each houseboat have two to four bedrooms with attached modern bathrooms, dressing rooms, living rooms, & dining room fully furnished.
The entire house boat is made of seeder wood which remains constant and fresh in water for more then 100 years. There is a sundeck on the roof and veranda at the front, were one can view the delightful lake side scenery and magnificent kingfishers swiping upon there innocent victims blow.
