The Rihan College of Education was established in the year 2004 to impart instructions in B.ED course and is affiliated to the University of Kashmir. The college is situated at Khulmulla Ganderbal. Srinagar which is heart of Srinagar city at a distance of about 4 Km distance from University of Kashmir The college is housed a specious building with well furnished and properly ventilated Lecture halls and separated rooms for various optional subjects.
